CDO-Camiguin (4d3n of adventure)

Day 1 started with me and wifey taking the 4:20am CebuPac flight (MNL-CDO). Took a quick meal at Jabee and met our friends at the waiting area. Don't expect to use the free WiFi of MIAA-T3 'coz I wasn't able to connect since we arrived at the airport.

*We were lucky to get a good price from CebuPac last halloween. MNL-CDO (round trip) costs Php1300/person.

Touchdown at CDO (a little bit past 5am)!

Took a cab which cost our group Php300 and shell out Php1500 if you want to ride a van (if your group is 5 or more). Ride to Budgetel took less than 30 minutes and the place is behind Gaisano mall (how convenient!). Cab driver even offered a wwr and zipline tour package but we declined since we got the services of Kagay Tours.

The hotel that we got is behind Gaisano Mall and along Corales Street. Overnight rate starts at Php900 and check in starts at 10am. They charge extra if you want check in earlier than 10am (Php80 per hour). Room is clean and brand new. No problem connecting to their free WiFi (just call reception for the password of the day). Public transport is not a worry since you can ride a motorella (tricycle) outside the building. Budgetel staff took good care of us even though we were staying with for a night.

*wwr - white water rafting 

Kuya Jericho (of Kagay Tours) was our assigned driver for the wwr and zipline tour. Our meeting time was 7am and he arrived 15 minutes earlier (nice!) Kagay tours was able to accommodate our group of 11 by assigning to their Grandia (spacious van). Travel time from Budgetel to Dahilayan zip park took two hours.

Lots of thing to do at Dahilayan Zipzone aside from zipline. Better avoid eating heavy breakfast before going to the zipline. Actual rate is Php700 and you the park operators takes your picture with certificate (of surviving the zipline...hehehe) for Php150 .
