The old congressman from District 3-QC is at it again. Making a big fuss 
out of Herbert Bautista's performance as vice-mayor of the city. One thing for sure is that three members of the Defensor family (Michael, Maite and Mat) had their chance to run as congressman of District 3 and I haven't seen much improvement especially in Maite's run as congressman. Why should I vote for someone who did not do much to District 3? People from District 3 never learn from the failures and continues to vote for the Defensor family. Candidates like Michael Defensor promise a lot but we cannot hold them accountable for their promises after the election.
