One of pains in working for a call center

I am kicked out of my citrix server every 30 minutes. The issue has been raised to the IT department last month and their resolution is not working. Not sure how am I supposed to accomplish my to-do list for the day when this kind of crap is happening.

Wondering if Twitter is the way to go for this site...
